Cancellation of courses by BMTV and changes to course content*
BMTV training courses are constantly updated and improved and BMTV reserves the right to alter any of the course content without prior notice. BMTV training reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances’ delegates will be offered an alternative date, credit note or full refund.
*Cancellations cannot be accepted within 14 days of the course start date. Cancellations prior to this will incur a 10% administration fee. Substitutions can be made at any time. Certificates only issued on full payment of course fees.
